A new research and teaching hospital with 1,300,000 GSF, 13 floors, 464 beds (352 Med/Surgical Beds, 72 ICU Beds and 40 Women’s Health Beds), 100,000 SF OB/GYN, 2 OR’s w/ 32 NICU, 16 LDR’s, 8 Antepartum, 26 Postpartum, 20 unit Well-baby nursery, 20,000 of Academic space, 40,000 SF Emergency, 40 emergency exam rooms (8 cross-utilized as infusion), 24 OR’s (625 SF/950 SF), 4 Endoscopy (440 SF/530 SF), 10 Cath/Interventional (840 SF), Imaging – 2 MRI, 4 CT, 8 RAD, R/F, 4 Nuc/Med, 4 Ultrasound/4 Vascular, 20,000 SF Lab, 35,000 SF Dietary/Kitchen. Diagnostic and Treatment consists of 600,365 GSF, Patient beds consist of 507,361 GSF, OB/GYN consisting of 100,000 GSF, material management building consisting of 50,000 GSF and two (2) mechanical floors consisting of 128,000 GSF.
